IPMA Level B® Certificate

Certified Senior Project Manager

An IPMA certification at Level B for project management requires that the candidate has acted in a complex project environment within an organisation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Within the last eight years the candidate needs to have a minimum of five years’ experience as a project manager of which at least three years were in a responsible leadership function managing complex projects.

Certified Senior Programme Manager

An IPMA certification at Level B for programme management requires that the candidate has acted in a complex programme environment within an organisation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Within the last eight years the candidate needs to have a minimum of five years’ experience as a programme manager of which at least three years were in a responsible leadership function managing complex programmes.

Certified Senior Portfolio Manager

An IPMA certification at Level B for portfolio management requires that the candidate has acted in a complex portfolio environment within an organisation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Within the last eight years the candidate needs to have a minimum of five years’ experience as a portfolio manager of which at least three years were in a responsible leadership function managing complex portfolios.

EXAM LEVEL B

Format. The Level B exam may be oral or written and may be decided by a IPC Kosova for each certification cycle, and in addition, the candidate needs to write an Executive Summary Report (depending on the IPC Kosova chosen assessment path.(path 1 or path 2 http://www.ipcert.com/new)whitch is checked by the assessors in relation to the eligibility criteria and to the project’s complexity and candadate need to pass the interview
Types of questions. Open answer questions only. The questions asked shall require Candidates to demonstrate application of knowledge at the required level only.
Length of exam. 3 hours for written exam or 1.5 hours for oral exam. The duration of the oral exam may vary as the Assessors may conclude the oral exam early if the evidence sought has been achieved
Passing grade: To achieve a Level B, Candidates must demonstrate evidence of 80% of the domain CEs defined in the ICB, in a complex environment. Price: 1500 EUR (if candidate need to retake a part of this assessment price will be 500 EUR)
